We wanted to send you the latest news before our annual meeting which is scheduled for this Saturday, October 7th, at 11:00
a.m. The meeting will be held at Los Arroyos Community Room, 153 Calle Ojo Feliz. (Go east on St. Michael's Drive. Take
a right across from St. Vincent's Hospital onto Botolph Road, then a left onto Calle Ojo Feliz.)
Thank you for sending in your ballots. Also, for those of you unable to attend the meeting, thank you for designating, via
proxy, the fellow owner you've asked to represent your interests at the meeting.
The new property manager for La Remuda, Proctor Property Management, officially took over on Sunday, October 1st. You will
meet Daryl Proctor and his assistant, Anne Strader, at the annual meeting. Meanwhile, you can reach them at 471-9186 or proctormanage@yahoo.com.
If you have an emergency, please call Daryl's cell phone at 660-1809. We're also grateful to Bill and Lore Peace for the
help they were able to give us to make this transition. They put in a lot of hours for La Remuda over the years.
We'll look forward to seeing you on Saturday.

Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep all your personal things INSIDE
your unit. Atriums, parking areas, and other common places aren't intended for storage. Also, please BREAK DOWN any BOXES
when you throw them in the trash bins. It saves a lot of space!
